Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.

We use UPS Ground for all non-summer chocolate orders and all vanilla orders, and charge a flate rate. During warmer months, we ship chocolate with ice packs 2 or 3 day, and charge a higher flate rate.

We ship vanilla products to all 50 states, but only ship chocolate to the lower 48 and DC.

We do not ship internationally and are unable to ship outside the contiguous United States.

We are currently unable to ship to military bases.

We are unable to offer customization in gift sets at this time.

Because we sell food items, we are unable to accept returns, but we want to make sure you are happy with your order and will refund or replace it if that is not the case.
